Hart’s Diesel, Inc. will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we obtain from you. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions only.

Hart’s Diesel, Inc. will collect and use information obtained from credit card transactions only for business purposes. These business purposes include the payment of Hart’s Diesel products and any fees including late charges shipping fees or accessories. Credit card information will not be kept on file for any purpose. Information collected for payment will include, card holder contact information, address and phone number.

The credit card information provided by you to Hart’s Diesel, Inc. will be stored in a confidential manner, only at time of payment; once payment has been fulfilled no credit card information is kept on file for any purpose. Our employees may access such information only when there is an appropriate business reason to do so, such as when a refund must be issued back to the credit card. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information, and our employees are required to follow these privacy standards. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Hart’s Diesel Inc. does not disclose any nonpublic information (such as credit card number and their expiration dates) about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary for the conduct of Hart’s Diesel, State or Federal government business, or under circumstances where disclosure is required by law. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes.. We do not disclose information about you to other entities who may want to sell their products to you.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or pass along your personal information to anyone. Name, address and other identifying information that you provide is used by Hart’s Diesel, Inc. Your credit card information is not retained as the result of any of these processes.

REFUND POLICY:

Payment in full is expected when purchasing Hart’s Diesel product, unless there is another agreement already in place. Product will be shipped depending on agreed time to do so and resources to manufacture said product. Pricing will be discussed when customer orders any said item and will be discussed once invoice is drafted / payment is not required until invoice has been drafted. Refunds are made to customers on a case-by-case basis when changes in circumstance render the payment of a fee to be unreasonable or no longer applicable. Each refund is unique depending on circumstances. Cancellations can be made up to day of shipment.
